Priska is a social psychologist (M.Soc.Sc.), and she works at deidei as a DEI consultant and Marketing Coordinator. She is an experienced DEI and anti-racism trainer and her strength lies in leading projects that accelerate the development for more diverse, equitable and inclusive teams and businesses.
Her strength is implementing DEI into business. Before joining deidei, Priska was an entrepreneur and has also experience of working in a startup (Someturva) and supporting early stage entrepreneurs through the entrepreneurial community Helsinki Think Company.
She is the co-founder of Mixed Finns and the co-author of a non-fiction book MIXED — Suomalaista elämää kulttuurien risteymässä. The book, funded by the Kone Foundation opens up the basic concepts of racism in Finnish society.
Previously she has advanced DEI with 50+ organizations such as Visit Finland, Plan International Suomi, Academic Work, APFI, Suomen Punainen Risti, Professionals of Business and Technology, The National Museum of Finland, and Finnish National Theatre.
